Documented Connections explores the significance of human touch through the visual study of hands. Combining raw, textural imagery with natural elements, the project reflects on how we use our hands to connect, create, and navigate the world. From moments of care and intimacy to strength and endurance, these images capture the quiet yet powerful role hands play in shaping human experience.Selected works from Documented Connections were featured on PhotoVogue, Vogue Italia’s curated photography platform, recognising the project on an international stage.
In October 2017, Documented Connections was exhibited at The Electric Lady in Chichester. The exhibition brought together a collection of works exploring human touch, inviting visitors to engage with the project in a physical space.
Throughout the week, attendees viewed and bid on selected pieces, with proceeds from print sales donated to Cancer Research UK.
